Well its completely depends on the situation I might into, sometimes your work or schedule keeps you busy and hardly get time to give to your cooking at home yet ready-to-go food is most preferred, But since we all know that, outside food is not known for good-health as compared to the food cooked at home, all those healthy ingredients, raw material, and unadulterated oil make a complete package to have can't ignore it. but modern society prefers to have something less time-consuming as a rat-race world often seems to ignore those who can't come along with, so better pick up the pace, without negotiating the value and traditional method to have or cook food.
I think it completely depends on the situation I might into it, it needless to say that, food cooked at home is purely prepared in a hygienic way yet healthy to eat. however some good restaurants, eatery shops do take care of hygiene but they are expensive for one to afford. sometimes it depends on the mood or for time-being taking food from outside can be the best option, especially when you are tired or when cooking is not your cup of tea
Oh sorry to hear about that. Well I guess to avoid that then you should be more finicky with the food that you eat outside, and avoid eating in substandard eateries where food preparation is questionable.
